Gloss acrylic medium, ideal for creating thin glazes and watercolor effects without reducing the adhesive qualities and the durability of the acrylic paint’s color.

If you want to create projects with acrylic paints where you work with watercolor techniques, this medium is the product you need. By mixing it with varying amounts of acrylic paint, you’ll achieve different levels of color translucency. Perfect for creating shiny, ethereal glazes. Try mixing washing and dry brush techniques to achieve watercolor-like interesting effects. Remember, unlike watercolor, acrylic paint will permanently seal onto the surface. This medium extends the drying time of the paint and creates a durable (permanent), clean, flexible, and glossy coating that does not yellow over time and is waterproof. It does not change the vibrancy of the colors but makes them even cleaner and more intense. Suitable for projects on bases such as canvas, wood, MDF, paper, metal, etc.

WE RECOMMEND: Clean your tools promptly with WARM water and soap. This medium is not designed to be used as a final coating. It dries from half an hour to two hours after application, depending on the thickness of the layer. We recommend waiting at least a week before applying a final coating to prevent the appearance of air bubbles when the varnish interacts with the decorated surface. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight.
